Make emotions work for you.
How can we make our experience of emotions constructive and collaborative and not destructive or hurtful?
This course draws inspiration from ‘The Mind and Life Conference 2000’, which was a meeting between a group of eminent scientists, philosophers and thinkers with HH The Dalai Lama, in an effort to bring together contemporary and spiritual psychological wisdom and tools.
It reflects evidence-based techniques and wellbeing practices that draw on the expertise of respected psychologist, Dr Paul Ekman, and renowned Buddhist teacher and author, B. Alan Wallace.
"It takes no deep insight to see that the source of both our well-being and our maladies lies within our own hearts and minds. To change our experience of life we must inevitably change our hearts and minds, or rather our heart/minds."
- B. Alan Wallace
